Built tough for Australia’s harshest conditions, Tough Dog leaf springs deliver the performance, strength, and reliability your Nissan D40 Navara deserves.
Each spring is precision-formed to a template, oil-quenched, hardened, and tempered for maximum durability. To ensure long-term height retention, every spring is scragged and load tested before leaving the factory.
These springs provide an approximate 40mm lift for your Navara and are available in:
- Comfort/medium (0–300kg)
- Constant 300kg load
- Constant 500kg load
Bushes, U-bolts, and shackles are sold separately. Does not suit 4x2 models.
