At the heart of the design is Tough Dog’s micro-cellular Foam Cell insert, engineered to eliminate aeration and cavitation—two major causes of shock fade. By filling the internal void normally occupied by air or nitrogen, the Foam Cell insert prevents bubbles from forming under heat and pressure. The result? Stronger, smoother, longer-lasting performance across corrugations, climbs, descents, and everything in between.
