Description

Tough Dog Suspension/Lift Kit Kia Tasman 4x4

Upgrade the capability of your Kia Tasman with a suspension system engineered specifically for Australian off-road conditions. Tough Dog has built its reputation designing suspension exclusively for 4WD vehicles, not passenger cars. That focus means every component is built to withstand harsh terrain, corrugations and heavy loads that typical factory suspension simply isn’t designed to handle.

This complete Tough Dog suspension kit delivers approximately 40mm of lift, improving ground clearance, ride comfort and load-carrying ability while maintaining excellent on-road control. Whether your Tasman is used for daily driving, towing, touring or serious off-road adventures, this kit transforms the way it rides and handles.

What’s Included in the Kit

This complete suspension upgrade includes everything required to properly refresh and improve the suspension on your Kia Tasman:

Front Tough Dog Foam Cell Struts
Front Tough Dog Raised Coil Springs
Rear Tough Dog Leaf Springs
Rear Tough Dog Foam Cell Shock Absorbers
Rear Spring U-Bolt Kit
Rear Spring Bush Kit
Rear Greasable Shackles
Rear Greasable Pins

Each component is engineered to work together as a complete system, ensuring correct ride height, improved durability and consistent performance on and off the road.

Optional Upgrades Available

To tailor the suspension to your vehicle setup and driving style, you can select several upgrades during checkout:

Pre-Assembled Front Struts:
Choose to have the front struts pre-assembled with new factory strut tops. This allows faster installation and eliminates the need for a spring compressor while replacing all original mounting hardware.

Adjustable Shock Upgrade:
Upgrade to Tough Dog 9-stage adjustable shocks and struts for the ultimate in ride control. Easily dial in the firmness to suit daily driving comfort, touring loads, offroad conditions and towing.

Rear Airbags
It's important to match your spring rate with the correct constant load of your vehicle. If your load is varied airbags are the best option to avoid an over-sprung vehicle which will cause driveline vibration issue

Vehicle Compatibility

Suitable for:

Kia Tasman 4x4 2025+

Why Upgrade Your Kia Tasman Suspension?

Factory suspension is designed for compromise. Once accessories like bull bars, winches, drawers or touring gear are added, ride quality and handling quickly deteriorate.

This Tough Dog suspension kit helps:

Restore proper ride height
Improve handling and stability
Increase off-road capability
Handle additional vehicle weight
Deliver a smoother ride on rough roads

Upgrade your Tasman with a suspension system built for Australia's toughest conditions.

Technical Specifications

Ensure the rear spring rating is correctly matched to the constant weight being carried. If the Tasman is over-sprung in the rear,
it is likely to experience a driveline vibration.
