Tough Dog Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are engineered to restore correct suspension and steering geometry after your IFS vehicle has been lifted — ensuring your Hilux drives straight, tracks true, and delivers optimal tyre life.
When a suspension lift is fitted, factory caster and camber angles move outside acceptable limits. This causes vague steering, uneven tyre wear, and compromised handling. While factory alignment points can help, they can’t replicate true OEM geometry. That’s where Tough Dog UCAs make all the difference.
These fixed-length tubular arms are designed to hold alignment under load and resist movement from off-road impacts. Their slim-line design also improves clearance between the strut and control arm during down travel, avoiding binding and maximising suspension articulation.
Built from forged 1020-grade steel with Chromoly ball joints, and high-flex, maintenance-free bushes, Tough Dog UCAs are built to last in the harshest conditions.
